Formulation of Gender Budget cell in all Departments:
Announcement has been made by Hon’ble Minister for Social Welfare and Women Empowerment Department on 21.04.2022 that Gender Budget cell to be formulated in all Departments to ensure separate Gender Budgetting in Tamil Nadu.
Government have issued Orders for formulation of Separate Gender Budget with General Guidelines in all departments vide G.O. (Ms.) No. 38, Social Welfare and WOmen Empowerment Department dated: 08.07.2022 and the Same Govt Order has been circulated vide Govt Lr no. 7148/SW2 (2)/2022 dated: 16.08.2022 to all departments requesting to setting up of Gender Budget Cell in all departments in coordination with Planning and Development Department
